A Grounding, Warming, retreat

For his upcoming September retreat our emphasis will be on grounding, warming, and routine to bring us back from the holiday craze. Its meant to warm you up and get you ready to tackle the rest of the year.


Food

Enjoy warm, whole, freshly cooked foods in a peaceful environment. At least once, place all of your mind into each bite and experience the flavors flooding over your tongue.

Yoga Practice

A daily routine of gentle, calming yoga to soothing music that will leave you with a soft awareness and slower pace.

Activities

Hiking, meditation, horseback riding, dancing, paddleboard yoga, massage therapy, and mala

The Retreats

We base our retreats around the seasons of Spring, Summer and Fall - with each retreat focusing on foods, colors, activity and mental focus that accent the season. Our goal is to create a series of retreats throughout the year to keep you grounded and focused rather than a single elaborate event.

September Speakers and Instructors

Jason

Jason is a famed body worker in the yoga community around central Texas. Hes formally trained in yoga teaching, has a doctorate in chiropractic healing and owns Every Body Chiropractic in Austin focusing on fixing Yogis

Nathan

Nathan, E-RYT 200, has been teaching yoga since he left the gymnastics world and his corporate career. His teaching is alignment based, breath centered vinyasa, approached with joy and humor.

Pedro

A born dancer and choreographer Pedro Rosa has danced for various choreographers in Bahia and throughout Brazil. A dancer with classical training, jazz and theater, he also teaches contemporary and Brazilian dance, including samba and maracatu
